Esther Funds Foundation Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy
All Esther Funds Foundation merchandise is made to order through our trusted vendor. Due to our vendor’s policy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or for ordering errors (including wrong sizes). We strongly encourage customers to review the sizing chart before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with our vendor to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Size Orders
Returns or exchanges for sizing issues are not covered by our vendor. Members are welcome to resell their item in the EFF group chat to recover the cost of ordering the correct size. If you wish to reorder, we may be able to provide a discount code to help with the cost.
How to Report an Issue
Email us at info@estherfundsfoundation.org with your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

At this time, EFF does not offer custom cardigans, sweaters, or purple polo shirts through our official vendor. Chapters who would like to create their own customized items must get written approval from EFF National before production and must align with our brand guidelines.

All official EFF merch is available exclusively through our national store. Any merchandise sold elsewhere is not considered authentic.
How do I place a bulk order for shirts or other merchandise?
If your chapter needs to order 10+ shirts or is requesting customized items, email us directly at info@estherfundsfoundation.org to coordinate your order.
What’s the shipping timeline?
Please allow 2–3 weeks for shipping. While many items may arrive sooner, this window allows us to maintain quality and care in every order.
Where do proceeds from merchandise go?
100% of the proceeds from merch sales support the Esther Funds Foundation’s mission to prevent college dropouts and provide emergency aid, mentorship, and resources to students in need.
